SEATTLE — Offering more delivery options than ever before, Bartell’s has launched Instacart. “We understand the importance of making connections, driving convenience, putting the customer in control and improving their experiences,” said Brent Beebe, senior vice president of merchandising for Bartell’s. “We have served our Northwest Neighbors for over 129 years and we’re putting their needs first.”
Bebe said the retailer believes in meeting the customer where they shop, consistently building a positive consumer experience. Earlier in 2019, Bartell’s introduced NimbleRx for prescription delivery with just three test stores in the initial roll-out. That service is now available in all 68 neighborhood locations. “As Bartell’s strives to offer convenience, customers can select when and where they want their prescriptions delivered from their mobile device. Timing of delivery and pricing will vary depending on what the customer selects,” he added.
