NEW ALBANY, Ohio — Brandperx, leaders in point of care marketing and communication, has expanded their nationwide network of over 250,000 healthcare providers to include more than 24,000 pharmacists. Already the largest and widest reaching network at point-of-care, Brandperx believes that offering access and influence in the retail setting allows brands to create a complete consumer journey from the physician’s office to the pharmacy.

“Pharmacists play an increasingly important role in the decision-making process of many consumers seeking over-the-counter solutions that address their healthcare needs,” explains Brandperx president Shauna Garshon.

“Likewise, pharmacists are eager to learn more about both Rx and over-the-counter solutions that benefit the patients they see daily.”

Brandperx offers multiple platforms to reach healthcare professionals and consumers at the point of care, including their award-winning Patientperx Activation Bag program, Learnable Physician Resource Kit and Patientperx Mobile digital program.

“For more than ten years we have leveraged our strong relationships with the physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in our network to create unequaled access and influence for our clients, while creating the opportunity for consumers to discover effective new solutions to their healthcare challenges,” says Garshon.

Many O-T-C brands struggle to compete on crowded store shelves where they are often placed next to private label offerings at lower prices. Consumers are more commonly relying on pharmacist recommendations to help them make choices from the many options.

Brandperx is focused on creating effective information delivery methods and channels of communication between healthcare provider, pharmacist, and consumer to create better health outcomes and improved quality of life for people visiting their doctor or pharmacy.
