TAMPA, Fla. — Front-end suppliers, buyers from regional drug chains and representatives of regional drug wholesalers and grocery stores will be among those attending the Chain Drug Marketing Association’s 88th annual trade expo.

The four-day event is scheduled to run January 28 through January 31 at the Tampa Convention Center.

Attending buyers will have the opportunity to review products from a number of categories on the supplier trade floor, in the product-only showroom and in CDMA’s seasonal import area.

For their part, suppliers will have the chance to meet with buyers who are often difficult to contact and who do not frequently attend other trade shows.

Networking opportunities will also be featured, enabling buyers and suppliers to exchange business ideas and learn about new CDMA programs that have been developed to help increase front-end profits.

Other events include a welcome reception and a luncheon session, where naturopathic physician James Rouse will discuss “optimum wellness.”
