WOONSOCKET, R.I. — CVS Health has announced leadership changes for its Signify Health and MinuteClinic businesses.

Marcus Lanznar has been named president of Signify Health. He succeeds Paymon Farazi, who is leaving CVS.

Marcus Lanznar

Lanznar joined Signify Health in 2020 and most recently served as vice president of product and operations. He brings a strong track record of leadership and innovation, as well as an unparalleled focus on the consumer experience.

During his three years at CVS, Farazi helped shape not only Signify Health, but the company's overall health care delivery strategy and culture.

Jon Thiboutot

Jon Thiboutot has been named president of retail health for CVS Health with a mission to help ensure MinuteClinic continues to build on its legacy of delivering high-quality, accessible care that meets evolving consumer needs. He has been with the company for more than 20 years, most recently serving as MinuteClinic’s vice president of operations, and will continue to lead with a focus on building the preventive and primary care strategy and driving new, innovative solutions for patients.

Dr. Creagh Milford, who had been managing dual roles with MinuteClinic and Oak Street Health, will now exclusively focus on leading Oak Street Health as its president, a title he has held since May.
