HAWTHORNE, N.Y. – FeverAll, the No. 1 doctor and Mommy MD Guides recommended brand of acetaminophen suppositories for children as young as six months of age, is expanding distribution nationwide at Target. The FeverAll Infants’ Strength (80 mg of acetaminophen) will be available both instore and online this month.
Target’s Drive Up allows parents to purchase the product online then have an attendant bring FeverAll straight to their car, saving parents the hassle of bringing a sick child with them into the store. Same day home delivery by Shipt will also be available at participating Target locations.
“The FeverAll brand’s continued growth at current retailers, combined with the ongoing need for a unique product like this for parents and their children’s healthcare providers, has helped drive our new Target distribution,” said Phil Tucker, director of OTC sales at Taro Pharmaceuticals U.S.A.
FeverAll acetaminophen suppositories temporarily reduce fever and relieves minor aches, pain, and headaches. The small suppository form ensures accurate dosing every time so there is no need for measuring, plus it’s the recommended way to dose acetaminophen if a child is unable to take oral liquid medicine as a result of vomiting, spitting out or if unwilling to take oral liquid acetaminophen.
“FeverAll suppositories also have the fewest inactive ingredients than the leading acetaminophen oral liquid brand,” explained Tucker. “FeverAll has no high fructose corn syrup, parabens, artificial colors and preservatives or alcohol – all ingredients that are concerning to parents and healthcare providers, and unnecessary for children.”
