NEW YORK – Future Beauty Brands has appointed Heather Wallace as chief executive officer, positioning the Yellow Wood Partners portfolio company for its next phase of global growth and brand expansion.
Wallace succeeds Rob Keen, who had served as CEO since January.
“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Heather as the new CEO of FBB,” said Dana Schmaltz, partner at Yellow Wood Partners. “We have known Heather for many years and admired her accomplishments throughout her career. We look forward to partnering with her and capitalizing on the company’s powerful suite of products and global brand strength.”
Wallace brings more than 20 years of experience leading beauty and consumer health businesses. She most recently served as U.S. president at Galderma and previously was CEO and a board member of Curology.
Earlier in her career, Wallace served as president of the Americas at Revlon, overseeing commercial operations across North and Latin America. She also served as region head for Henkel Beauty North America and spent nearly a decade at Novartis Consumer Health, where she led marketing and commercial strategy across multiple consumer health categories.
“FBB has a strong foundation built upon an exciting portfolio of iconic beauty brands, and I am honored to lead the company into the next stage of its growth,” Wallace said. “I am excited to partner with Yellow Wood to build on FBB’s momentum, strengthen our brands, expand our global reach and deliver innovative products that resonate with consumers around the world.”
Tad Yanagi, partner at Yellow Wood, said Wallace’s global beauty experience and commercial leadership position her to unlock the company’s growth potential.
