NEW YORK — Gillette has launched a sensitive skin collection of men’s shaving products, including two razors, disposables and a shave gel.
The Proctor & Gamble personal care brand said Thursday that the new line, dubbed the Sensitive Skin Portfolio, is headlined by the ProGlide Silvertouch razor, which brings a premium silver handle to Gillette’s Fusion ProGlide platform.
The five-blade Fusion ProGlide is Gillette’s best solution for men with sensitive skin, offering incredible comfort, even for those who shave every day. In addition to its new ergonomic handle, the Fusion ProGlide is the #1 dermatologist recommended razor**.
The new sensitive skin line also includes the MACH3 Sensitive razor, which is designed to create "less feel of irritation," even on sensitive skin, according to Gillette.
In addition, Gillette Sensitive Disposables sport new artwork to communicate that they are part of the sensitive product portfolio. And there’s the new ProGlide Sensitive Shave Gel, which the company said features Gillette’s best razor glide (among aerosol gels), now for sensitive skin.
Gillette noted that the five-blade Fusion ProGlide is its top solution for men with sensitive skin and is the No. 1 dermatologist-recommended razor.
"While most men think of shaving as something that you do to your hair, it also significantly impacts your skin.
