Haleon appoints Joe Sta-Romana as CCO

Haleon has appointed Joe Sta-Romana as Chief Customer Officer for its U.S. operations to lead customer-focused strategies, strengthen retail partnerships, and drive market growth and innovation.

Warren, N.J. — Haleon has announced the appointment of Joe Sta-Romana as chief customer officer for its U.S. operations, effective December 1. Sta-Romana will oversee the company’s customer strategy, leveraging his extensive experience to drive growth and innovation in the dynamic U.S. market.

Sta-Romana joins Haleon with over 20 years of leadership experience in the FMCG sector and a distinguished military background. Most recently, he led Unilever’s Walmart business, managing the company’s largest U.S. customer. Throughout his career at Procter & Gamble and Unilever, Sta-Romana has demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and delivering results.
