WHIPPANY, N.J. — The Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition (PCSC) today announced the recipients of its 2026 Supply Chain Security Awards, recognizing three leaders for their outstanding contributions to protecting the integrity and resilience of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
This year’s honorees are Henry Moran, Chief Operating Officer of ASC Associates; C. Todd Ratcliffe, President and CEO of the Pharmaceutical Security Institute; and Eric Newman, Chief Risk Officer at Falvey Insurance Group.
The PCSC Supply Chain Security Awards highlight the importance of cross-sector collaboration in addressing evolving threats and ensuring the safe, efficient distribution of lifesaving medicines.
Henry Moran
Henry Moran brings deep technical expertise to pharmaceutical distribution and compliance, serving as a globally recognized expert in Good Distribution Practices, temperature-controlled logistics and supply chain security. Through his role at ASC Associates and as HDA’s partner in the Good Distribution Practices Accreditation Program, Moran has advanced quality and security standards across the distribution network. He is a qualified lead auditor in quality management systems, experienced in leading audit teams and conducting management system audits, and is a TAPA FSR-certified auditor.
C. Todd Ratcliffe
C. Todd Ratcliffe is a strategic and mission-driven executive with more than 22 years of experience in federal law enforcement and corporate security. As President and CEO of the Pharmaceutical Security Institute, he leads a global organization dedicated to protecting the pharmaceutical supply chain from criminal threats. Previously, Ratcliffe served as an FBI section chief, where he led international cyber threat operations and advised the FBI director and the National Security Council. He is widely recognized for his expertise in global security strategy, internal investigations and enterprise risk management while advancing intelligence-led, collaborative approaches to protecting people, property and organizational reputation.
Eric Newman
Eric Newman is a leader in global risk operations and a champion for pharmaceutical supply chain security initiatives. As chief risk officer at Falvey Insurance Group, Newman is responsible for managing risk across a global marine underwriting platform. His expertise includes life sciences and cold chain management, regulatory compliance, temperature-controlled transportation, high-value equipment logistics, high-risk route assessment and mitigation, warehouse risk assessments and third-party vendor management. Newman and Falvey have been among the strongest supporters of the HDA PCSC Good Distribution Practice Accreditation Program, helping to advance industry best practices in secure transportation and storage.
