ARLINGTON, Va. — Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will be among the guest speakers at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores’ Total Store Expo (TSE) later this year.

“Secretary Clinton will bring first-hand insights on some of the most pressing issues facing the world and the nation today,” NACDS president and chief executive Steve Anderson says.

Clinton, who served as secretary of state from 2009 until earlier this year, will address the conference’s business program on Monday, August 12. TSE runs from August 10 through August 13 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

“Her remarks will help to deliver on a core promise, that Total Store Expo will bring together diverse leaders who can help participants forecast the operating environment and take action together in new and exciting ways,” Anderson says.

In addition to Clinton, the lineup of speakers at TSE includes author and business consultant Jim Collins and Rite Aid Corp. group vice president of managed care Wendy Barnes.
