Hammerschmidt and Chintha bring deep experience across healthcare technology, enterprise software, and platform innovation, supporting iA’s continued focus on operational discipline, scalable technology, and connected solutions for customers.
“James and Srinivas each bring proven leadership in their respective domains,” said Tom Utech, CEO of iA. “Their combined experience strengthens our ability to execute on our strategy - enhancing how we operate, innovate, and deliver value to our customers.”

Hammerschmidt brings more than two decades of finance and operating leadership experience across healthcare technology, medical devices, and software-enabled businesses. At iA, Hammerschmidt will lead financial planning and analysis, accounting, corporate finance, and business intelligence. He will partner closely with the executive team and Board to improve visibility into performance drivers and support the company’s continued evolution toward a more software- and services-oriented business mix.
“iA combines differentiated automation capabilities, an enterprise software platform, and a mission that directly impacts patient care,” said Hammerschmidt. “I’m excited to partner with the leadership team and our customers as the company continues expanding its platform and supporting pharmacies in a complex healthcare environment.”

Chintha joins iA’s Executive Leadership Team and will lead the company’s end-to-end product innovation strategy across hardware, software, automation systems, and integrated technology platforms.
He brings more than two decades of experience leading global engineering, cloud, and platform initiatives. Most recently, he held a Chief Technology Officer role at Honeywell Connected Enterprise, where he led global product development and digital transformation initiatives supporting a transition to a unified, cloud-native platform.
“Srinivas brings a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership experience,” said Utech. “His background in advancing platforms and delivering enterprise solutions supports our continued focus on innovation while building on the strong foundation our customers rely on today.”
“I’m excited to partner across the organization to strengthen how our platforms come together and to thoughtfully advance innovation in step with evolving technologies and market needs,” said Chintha.
These appointments reflect iA’s ongoing investment in strengthening its leadership team and aligning capabilities across finance, technology, and product development.
By strengthening both financial and technology leadership, iA is positioned to enhance operational execution, accelerate product innovation, and deliver more integrated solutions to support customer success.
