The Quebec-based drug chain said Thursday that the Dufour-Lapointe sisters will be seen on Personnelle Cosmetics collections’ advertisements and promotions.

Personnelle Cosmetics featurs a line of beauty and makeup products with trendy colors for the eyes, lips, complexion and nails.

According to Jean Coutu Group, the next collection is slated to be unveiled in early November and will spotlight the brand’s new ambassadors.

"This is the first time in our history that we associate our private label to a public figure," François Coutu, president and chief executive officer of Jean Coutu Group, said in a statement. "The choice of the three sisters as Personnelle Cosmetics’ icons was obvious and easy to make. They represent our main values: family spirit, health and well-being."

The retailer noted that the Dufour-Lapointe sisters distinguished themselves during the freestyle skiing competitions at the Sochi Olympic Games last winter. Maxime qualified for the semifinals and finished 12th, while Chloé won a silver medal and her sister Justine was awarded gold. They were also successful on the World Cup circuit in 2013-14.

Overall, Jean Coutu Group operates a network of 414 drug stores in Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario under the banners PJC Jean Coutu, PJC Clinique, PJC Santé and PJC Santé Beauté.
