SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Duane Reade is slated to carry the Khroma Beauty by Kourtney Kim and Khloe (Kardashian) collection from Boldface Group Inc.
The beauty product marketer and licenser said Thursday that plans call for the product line to hit shelves at 138 Duane Reade stores this spring. The beauty care products also will be available through Beauty.com.
Boldface Group shipped its first wave of products, a holiday collection, to stores including CVS/pharmacy, Ulta Beauty, Sears, Kmart, H-E-B, Meijer, Fred Meyer, Walmart Puerto Rico and other chains in early November.
The initial items included a full line of high quality "Lash Dash Faux Lashes" in fashion forward profiles; four mascaras, each with specifically targeted benefit, such as length, thickness, health and water resistance; three Kardazzle All Over Face Palette Kits in golden, smoky and rose tones; Au Naturel Nude Lip Set for Kim Kardashian’s signature lip look; and She-Bang Instant Transformation Set, with a Nude Eye Shadow Palette, Faux Lashes and Kohl Eye Liner.
Last month Boldface Group partnered with CVS Caremark to give an exclusive first look at the Khroma Beauty by Kourtney, Kim and Khloe core collection in more than 2,000 CVS/pharmacy stores, with the products highlighted on "Power Wing" featured merchandisers for easy access and premium brand recognition.
