Kim Kardashian joins Broc Shot as brand advocate

The celebrity partnership gives the emerging supplement brand a high-profile advocate as interest in skin-focused wellness products grows.

LOS ANGELES — Broc Shot has added Kim Kardashian to its roster of brand advocates as the supplement company looks to raise awareness of its sulforaphane-based products and their positioning around skin and overall wellness.

Kardashian, who has publicly discussed living with psoriasis for more than a decade, said she incorporated Broc Shot into her wellness routine after researching sulforaphane, a naturally occurring compound found in cruciferous vegetables. Broc Shot derives the compound from whole broccoli seeds.

“I’m always looking for products that actually work and fit into my routine without a lot of extra effort,” Kardashian said. “Living with psoriasis, I know how frustrating it can be to find something that helps. Broc Shot has become part of that routine. It’s a sachet of whole broccoli seed powder and tastes so good. Within a few weeks I noticed my skin was calmer and clearer. I did my research on sulforaphane and loved that it’s been studied for years, plus Broc Shot keeps the ingredients simple. It’s helping my skin and my gut, honestly it’s become one of those wellness staples I don’t want to be without.”

The partnership gives Broc Shot a high-profile advocate as consumer interest continues to expand around supplements positioned at the intersection of beauty, skin health and wellness.

Broc Shot says it is the first supplement recognized by the National Psoriasis Foundation. Its powder supplement is available in Original, Ginger + Lime and Pineapple + Mint varieties, while the company also offers a flavorless capsule format.

The company positions sulforaphane as the centerpiece of its formulation. According to Broc Shot, the compound activates the NRF2 pathway, which is involved in cellular responses to oxidative stress. The company says its products are third-party tested for sulforaphane yield as well as heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides and microbial contaminants.

“I’ve spent my career in skincare and supplements, and both taught me the same lesson from opposite directions: skincare treats the surface, supplements chase deficiencies. Neither one asks what your body is already equipped to do. We took a different approach, working with the body’s own defense systems instead of simply adding another ingredient. Natural sulforaphane supports the NRF2 pathway, helping your body’s own cellular defense systems protect and repair skin from within,” said Gracia Walker, co-founder of Broc Shot.

Kardashian’s involvement could give the emerging brand significantly greater visibility in the increasingly crowded beauty-from-within and wellness supplement market. Her endorsement also puts a consumer spotlight on sulforaphane, an ingredient that has historically had less mainstream recognition than collagen, biotin and other supplements commonly marketed for beauty and skin support.

“We’re inspired every day by the thousands of testimonials and before-and-after photos we receive from people using Broc Shot for a wide range of skin health goals. We were so excited when Kim decided to try Broc Shot and discovered the same incredible benefits. We know how many people look to her for advice, and we are beyond honored that she is driving awareness to this powerful compound that we know can transform the wellness industry,” said Benjamin Silver, co-founder of Broc Shot.

The partnership comes as supplement brands increasingly seek to connect beauty, nutrition and wellness, creating additional opportunities for retailers to merchandise products around broader consumer goals rather than traditional vitamin and supplement categories alone.
