WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Lidl is actively expanding in Virginia and opened its newest store in Woodbridge on October 1, 2025. Virginia is a major operational hub for Lidl, which established its U.S. headquarters in Arlington and a distribution center in Spotsylvania County in 2015. The new Woodbridge store, located at 2904 Prince William Parkway, is Lidl's 36th location in Virginia. The new store is said to feature the company's trademark low-prices, high-quality products and an on-site bakery.
Ongoing East Coast expansion
As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Lidl is focused on strengthening its presence in its core East Coast markets, including Virginia. In addition to Virginia, Lidl has announced new store openings in other East Coast metropolitan areas, including:

- New Jersey
