L'Oréal Groupe names Christina Fair Consumer Products Division President

New York — L'Oréal Groupe has appointed Christina Fair as the new President of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) for its North America Zone. The announcement is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team and drive growth in one of its key markets.

With over 20 years in consumer goods and beauty, Fair brings extensive expertise to her new role. She has a proven track record of driving innovation, building strong brands, and achieving exceptional results. Recently, Fair was Chief Marketing Officer for a leading beauty brand, where she led transformative marketing strategies and digital initiatives.

Fair will manage L'Oréal’s Consumer Products Division in North America in her new role. This division features some of the company’s most renowned brands, including L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, and Garnier. She will guide the division’s strategic initiatives, drive growth, and improve the consumer experience across physical and digital platforms.
