ARLINGTON, Va. — The National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) has promoted three staff team members to roles that strategically position NACDS and the industry it serves for the future, ensuring the sustainability of retail health and promoting the viability of pharmacy care services and emerging payment models that are central to the association’s core mission to drive member value.
The individuals, with their prior and new titles include:
• Kayla McFeely, PharmD, promoted from senior director, pharmacy care, health and wellness programs to vice president, pharmacy care, health and wellness programs
• Lauren F. Lyles-Stolz, PharmD, promoted from senior director, reimbursement, innovation and advocacy to vice president, reimbursement, innovation and advocacy
• Allan Dumo, promoted from IT administrator to network administrator
In making the announcement, NACDS President and CEO Steven Anderson said:“These promotions position NACDS for the future of retail healthcare and new opportunities for pharmacy services. NACDS’ porfolio of work has grown in recent years, comprising a robust policy and advocacy strategy that is coordinated, strategic, future-leading, and places retail health at the center of healthcare innovation. Kayla, Lauren, and Allan will play a pivotal role in ensuring that these priorities will remain central to NACDS’ vision for the next generation of thriving pharmacy care and retail health services.”
NACDS’ Access Agenda details the Association’s work in three priority areas: in urging the enactment of pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) reforms; in maintaining patients’ post-pandemic pharmacy access to pharmacy-based services including vaccination, testing and treatment services; and in innovating health and wellness throughout the pharmacy and beyond.
