Neutrogena spotlights CLOUD-TECH with pop-up

The tech-inspired activation will introduce consumers to CLOUD-TECH through product demonstrations, interactive experiences, and sampling.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Neutrogena is introducing its new CLOUD-TECH sunscreen technology to consumers through a two-day pop-up in Santa Monica that showcases the science and innovation behind the brand’s latest sun care products.

The CLOUD-TECH Store Powered by Neutrogena will open on Sept. 25 and 26 at 1452 3rd Street Promenade, from noon to 6 p.m. The tech-inspired activation will introduce consumers to CLOUD-TECH through product demonstrations, interactive experiences, and sampling.

CLOUD-TECH is powered by BEMT, the first new sunscreen filter approved by the FDA in more than 25 years. Neutrogena recently introduced two products featuring the technology, Ultra Sheer Daily Face SPF 70 and Clear Face SPF 60, bringing the new UV filter to the mass market.

The pop-up will feature R&D demonstration stations where Neutrogena experts will explain the science behind CLOUD-TECH through visual demonstrations. At an interactive UV Bar, visitors can see sunscreen coverage while testing the lightweight formulas.

Other elements include interactive Cloud Reveal Mirrors, a large-scale cloud installation designed as a photo opportunity, and cloud-inspired soft serve. Visitors can also receive a tote featuring both CLOUD-TECH sunscreen products and educational materials.

The activation follows Neutrogena’s launch of CLOUD-TECH as the brand expands its sun care portfolio with formulas that combine next-generation UV protection, skin care benefits and a lightweight feel.
