NEW YORK — Next month, Boots plans to extend its No7 skin care line in the United States with Lift & Luminate Day & Night Serum.
The company said Wednesday that the two-step system targets the three main signs of aging — uneven skin tone, the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and the loss of skin firmness — and is clinically proven to diminish age spots.
Plans call for Lift & Luminate Day & Night Serum to roll out on Sept. 1 at Target stores nationwide and at select Walgreens locations, as well as online at Target.com, us.boots.com and Walgreens.com.
Boots noted that Lift & Luminate Day & Night Serum is the result of the biggest anti-aging skin care trial ever done by No7 and was six years in development. The company said the serums include new scientific discoveries in skin lightening identified by Dr. Mike Bell, scientific skin care adviser for Boots, and his team. The discovery was published in Experimental Dermatology.
The No7 Lift & Luminate Day Serum formula incorporates three key components: the skin-brightening complex of sophora, kiwi and vitamin C (to even skin tone and diminish the appearance of age spots); a patented antioxidant complex of mulberry, ginseng and vitamin C (to protect skin from free radical damage); and a firming complex of vitamin A, peptides and DPHP (to repair skin elasticity). It also includes a revolutionary PHA (gluconolactone) to exfoliate, revitalize and even skin tone.
