CAMP HILL, Pa. — Rite Aid is celebrating a quarter century of miracles by hosting its 25th annual Miracle Balloon campaign for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Now through May 11, customers can donate to their local children’s hospital by purchasing a $1 Miracle Balloon at any Rite Aid location.
“Our Rite Aid team is proud to celebrate the 25th year of our partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and our continued commitment to making miracles happen for children and families in our local communities,” said Rite Aid chief operating officer Bryan Everett, who is also a member of The Rite Aid Foundation board. “Thanks to the tremendous support of our associates and customers, we’ve raised more than $92 million to help our local hospitals provide the highest levels of care. We’re really excited about the opportunity to raise even more money for CMN Hospitals as we hold our annual in-store Miracle Balloon campaign over the next several weeks.”
By purchasing a balloon for $1, customers at all Rite Aid locations will receive a booklet with $7 in coupon offers for select products sold at Rite Aid. All money raised at Rite Aid stores will go directly to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital closest to the specific store.
“We are incredibly thankful for the support of Rite Aid associates, customers and supplier partners over the past 25 years,” said John Lauck, president and chief executive officer of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. “The Rite Aid team has a genuine passion for helping sick and injured children get the care they need. Their dedication to supporting our mission is deeply appreciated and continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.”
