CHICAGO — In a promotion through Walgreens, Swisse Wellness is giving consumers a chance to make a donation and win a trip to see "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
The nutritional supplement maker said Monday that through Nov. 1, every purchase of Swisse Wellness products at Walgreens will support the nonprofit group Vitamin Angels and include a chance to win an all-expenses-paid, VIP experience to see "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" live in Los Angeles.
For each Swisse Wellness item bought at Walgreens during the promotion, 25 cents will be donated to Vitamin Angels — the amount required to distribute essential nutrients to one child in need, enabling his or her young immune system to fight infectious diseases and attain good health.
Each Walgreens customer who buys a Swisse product through Nov. 1 will get a 10-digit code to be entered at Swisse.com for a chance to win four-day/three-night trip for two to attend a taping of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in Los Angeles and go backstage.
