Televisa, Unilever to hold in-store events at CVS

Televisa Publishing + Digital publications Vanidades and Cosmopolitan en Español have teamed up with Unilever to offer Divina Latina, an in-store shopping program at CVS/pharmacy stores that caters to Hispanic women.

MIAMI — Televisa Publishing + Digital publications Vanidades and Cosmopolitan en Español have teamed up with Unilever to offer Divina Latina, an in-store shopping program at CVS/pharmacy stores that caters to Hispanic women.

Televisa said Thursday that the marketing initiative, which runs through December, features expert beauty secrets, celebrity styling tips and fashion trends in the magazines, as well as in-store demos.

Divina Latina in-store events began this past weekend and will continue across the nation at CVS stores on Nov. 15 and 16, with beauty essentials from Unilever for Latinas. The event begins at 11 a.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday at select CVS locations.

Participants at the CVS events will receive samples of Caress and Pond’s, as well as informative brochures and a coupon to save $2 on TRESemme hair care products. Members of the CVS Beauty Club are also eligible to receive $5 ExtraBucks rewards for every $50 beauty purchase.

"We want to offer every Latina the tools to feel and look like a celebrity, and with Unilever products that is well within everyone’s reach and wallet," stated Madelin Bosakewich, international sales director for Televisa Publishing + Digital, part of the Televisa Group, the largest Hispanic media company.
