WASHINGTON — Yesterday, 21 members of Congress sent a letter to the FDA regarding concerns about DSCSA implementation. The letter urges the agency to take additional action to minimize the potential for disruptions in the drug supply chain and patient care as the November 27 implementation deadline looms. Numerous groups, including HDA, have voiced their concerns about the industry’s preparedness and called for a phased-in approach to implementation.
