CHICAGO — Viviscal has introduced an extra strength version of its hair growth dietary supplement for men and women.
The company said Tuesday that Viviscal Extra Strength has 50% more AminoMar, the active ingredient in Viviscal products. Additional ingredients include biotin, iron and zinc, which are key to nourishing thinning hair and promoting growth of existing hair.
Viviscal Extra Strength supplements will be a part of the Viviscal Hair Growth Program, which offers support to the scalp and hair through the use of the full range of Viviscal products. Available this month, the collection will comprise five products: Viviscal Extra Strength, Viviscal Man, Gentle Shampoo, Moisturizing Conditioner and Filler Fibers.

Viviscal hair supplements are available nationwide at CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid drug stores, as well as online via the brand’s viviscal.com website.
