Walmart bundles Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus memberships for $120 annually

The bundled program includes access to Sam’s Club member pricing on national brands and Member’s Mark products

BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Walmart is combining its Walmart+ and Sam’s Club Plus memberships into a single annual offering priced at $120, a move the retailer says will deliver broader value and convenience while lowering the cost for customers who use both programs.

The new membership package, available beginning Oct. 20, gives members access to benefits from both programs for nearly $100 less than the combined cost of purchasing the memberships separately, according to the company.

“We’re giving people a reason to expect more from their memberships,” John Furner, president and CEO of Walmart Inc., said in a statement. “For $120 a year, we’re raising expectations for what a membership can deliver: more money in their pockets and more time to call their own.”

The bundled program includes access to Sam’s Club member pricing on national brands and Member’s Mark products, free delivery from both Walmart and Sam’s Club, a choice of either Peacock or Paramount+ streaming service, fuel discounts of 10 cents per gallon at more than 17,000 participating stations, and 2% Sam’s Cash rewards on eligible purchases.

Walmart positioned the new offer as a lower-cost alternative to maintaining separate retail, warehouse club and streaming subscriptions, noting that consumers can spend several hundred dollars annually when those services are purchased individually.

The company said the combined membership is designed to support a range of shopping needs, from stock-up trips at Sam’s Club to weekly grocery and household purchases from Walmart. Additional benefits include prescription delivery and other convenience services aimed at helping customers save time.

Walmart is also providing upgrade paths for existing members. Current Walmart+ annual subscribers can add Sam’s Club Plus benefits for an additional $22 per year. Existing Sam’s Club members can upgrade to Sam’s Club Plus for $60 annually and receive Walmart+ as part of the package. Current Sam’s Club Plus members can activate Walmart+ at no additional cost, while members who already pay for both programs can link their accounts and may qualify for a prorated Walmart+ refund.

The combined membership benefit will also be extended to Walmart and Sam’s Club U.S. field associates.

Customers can join, upgrade or link eligible accounts through the Walmart and Sam’s Club apps or online.

Walmart said costs associated with the membership changes are not expected to have a material impact on its fiscal third-quarter or full-year financial guidance issued on Aug. 20, 2026.
