AUSTIN — FemiClear, a women-led brand focused on intimate health solutions, has been acquired by Venture Life Group plc, a move aimed at expanding access to science-backed women’s health products and accelerating innovation in the category.
The acquisition marks a new phase of growth for FemiClear, which has built a presence in the U.S. market through clinically studied products addressing conditions including bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast infections, urinary tract health, vaginal wellness and genital herpes symptoms. The brand’s products are sold through major retailers, including Walmart, Walgreens, Target and CVS Pharmacy.
Under Venture Life’s ownership, FemiClear plans to expand distribution, strengthen retail partnerships, increase consumer awareness and invest further in product development and research. The transaction also includes CUROXEN, which focuses on wound and oral care products designed to support healing and skin recovery.
“We are thrilled to be joining forces with Venture Life Group. They share our commitment to advancing women’s health and recognize the strength of the FemiClear and CUROXEN brands,” said Caroline Goodner, CEO and co-founder of FemiClear.
Goodner said the partnership will help bring the company’s science-backed solutions to a broader audience while supporting Venture Life’s efforts to expand its U.S. presence.
Jerry Randall, founder and CEO of Venture Life Group, said the acquisition complements the company’s growing women’s health portfolio, which includes brands such as Balance Activ and Health & Her.
“FemiClear was created to bring better efficacy through innovative science to common, recurring women’s health concerns, and we believe this transaction will expand these trusted solutions to a broader audience,” Goodner said.
The companies said the acquisition will support continued investment in product innovation, clinical and consumer research, retail expansion and women’s health education while maintaining FemiClear’s focus on evidence-based solutions.
Founded to address underserved and often stigmatized women’s health concerns, FemiClear has positioned itself as a leading player in the intimate health category. Venture Life’s portfolio spans women’s health, oral care, glucose management, oncology support and other self-care categories, with products sold in more than 90 countries.
