PITTSBURGH — GNC is expanding its creatine range for 2026 with a science-backed lineup that builds on its longtime Pro Performance® Creatine Monohydrate and Beyond Raw® Creatine HCl 189, while adding three new formulations targeting different performance and recovery needs.
The expansion shows how creatine has evolved from a niche sports supplement to a popular wellness ingredient, backed by increasing research related to strength, recovery, and emerging cognitive benefits.
“Creatine isn’t just for athletes anymore; it’s increasingly part of everyday wellness routines,” said Rachel Jones, chief science officer and head merchant at GNC. “We’ve kept our classic monohydrate at the core, while adding advanced options for people who want more strength, better recovery or smarter muscle support.”
New additions to the lineup include:
- GNC AMP® Creabolic™
A triple-action muscle builder combining creatine monohydrate, myHMB® and PeptiStrong® to support strength, muscle protection and recovery. The formula is Informed Choice-certified and designed for serious, competitive athletes. Pricing starts at $44.99 for 30 servings, with state-by-state variation. - GNC Pro Performance® Creatine + HMB
Designed for everyday and entry-level athletes, the unflavored powder pairs 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with 3 grams of myHMB® to support strength, endurance and day-to-day recovery. The product is banned-substance tested and free from artificial flavors, soy and gluten. - Beyond Raw® Creatine MonoPhate
A dual-creatine system that combines creatine monohydrate with creatine phosphate to support both long-term muscle gains and rapid energy for high-intensity training. The formula also includes AstraGin® and sodium to aid absorption and uptake, and is offered in multiple flavors.
GNC stated that all creatine products meet its internal quality standards, including manufacturing in FDA GMP-certified facilities, thorough ingredient testing, and third-party banned substance testing.
To help educate shoppers and reduce confusion in this crowded category, GNC has also launched a dedicated Creatine Hub on its website, allowing consumers to shop by goal or format and access science-backed educational content developed with the company’s nutrition team.
The new creatine innovations are available now at GNC stores nationwide, on GNC.com via the new Creatine Hub and GNC's innovation hub, The Drop.
