Lauren Brindley joins Ulta Beauty as chief merchandising and digital officer

Brindley brings over 20 years of experience in the global beauty and retail sectors. She most recently served as CEO of Revolution Beauty.

BOLINGBROOK, Ill. — Ulta Beauty, Inc. has named Lauren Brindley as Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer, effective June 3, 2025. Brindley will succeed Monica Arnaudo, who is set to retire after a distinguished tenure with the company.

Brindley will oversee Ulta Beauty’s merchandising, ecommerce, wellness, and marketplace strategies in her new role. She will also lead the company’s brand assortment and development initiatives as part of its broader growth and innovation agenda.

Brindley brings over 20 years of experience in the global beauty and retail sectors. She most recently served as CEO of Revolution Beauty and previously held senior roles at Walgreens and Boots UK, where she was known for delivering transformative growth across both mass and luxury segments.
