Reese Pharmaceutical names Joseph Juliano as first-ever vice president of Sales and Marketing

Appointment supports the company’s strategic shift to establish Reese as a co-creation partner for over-the-counter health care retail products.

CLEVELAND – Reese Pharmaceutical has named Joseph Juliano as its first-ever vice president of sales, marketing, and new business development. The appointment underscores Reese's strategic shift from traditional private-label manufacturing to becoming an innovative, insight-driven co-creation partner for brands developing over-the-counter and supplements.“I’m excited to join Reese at this pivotal moment,” said Juliano. “Reese’s 120-year history in manufacturing and distributing O-T-C and consumer healthcare products offers deep expertise that other brands can leverage to create innovation. We’re committed to bringing our consumer insights and capabilities to the table as true collaborators in product development.”

Juliano brings over three decades of consumer goods experience, including leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch, Pepperidge Farm, Nestlé, and Prestige Consumer Healthcare. At Reese, he will spearhead initiatives to identify consumer trends and collaborate closely with partners looking to develop innovative product solutions.

"Joe brings a rare blend of marketing expertise, category experience, and brand-building know-how that makes him the ideal leader for this new chapter at Reese," said Jeff Reese, president of Reese Pharmaceutical. "Our partners are looking for more than manufacturing—they need insights, speed, and vision. Joe understands what it takes to build great consumer products, and his background will be a tremendous asset to customers looking to innovate in today’s competitive OTC landscape."

The O-T-C healthcare market is undergoing significant transformation driven by consumer trends toward self-care and wellness. Categories such as feminine health, digestive care, and wellness supplements continue to grow rapidly. However, many brands lack the internal resources to quickly bring innovations to market. Reese is uniquely positioned as a strategic partner to help bridge this gap, moving beyond traditional packaging and production roles to actively co-create new consumer health care solutions tailored to today's health-conscious consumers.
