ARLINGTON, V.A. – The National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) has opened registration for the 2026 NACDS RxIMPACT Day on Capitol Hill, scheduled for March 3-4. The two-day event in Washington, D.C., will bring pharmacy advocates from across the country to push for legislative priorities that benefit Americans and the pharmacies they depend on. Always a powerful opportunity to motivate and involve members, the 2026 event will take place at a special moment: the 250th Anniversary of the United States.
NACDS has collaborated with member companies to refine this upcoming version of NACDS RxIMPACT Day on Capitol Hill, which is expected to attract hundreds of pharmacy professionals, student pharmacists, and other allied advocates. Attendees will meet face-to-face with Members of Congress and their staff to advocate for key issues such as reimbursement reform, expanded pharmacist services, and other policies that enhance access to care and ensure the financial stability of pharmacies.
“We look forward to the return of NACDS’ high-energy grassroots event in Washington, D.C., which will bring together an impressive force of pharmacy advocates at this crucial time for Americans and for their pharmacies,” said NACDS President and CEO Steven C. Anderson. “As our nation looks ahead to its 250th anniversary, we’re proud to champion reforms that will help ensure healthier futures for all Americans, for many years to come.”
NACDS RxIMPACT Day on Capitol Hill has become one of the largest and most important pharmacy advocacy events in the country. The program includes training, networking, and meetings on Capitol Hill.
