NOVI, Mich. — The Chain Drug Marketing Association (CDMA) plans to hold its 86th Annual Trade Expo in Kissimmee, Fla., on Jan. 23 to 26, 2012.
The association said the 2012 CDMA Trade Expo, to take place at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, will bring together suppliers with regional drug chains, regional drug wholesalers, independent pharmacies, supermarkets and convenience stores.
Buyers that attend can discuss business opportunities with exhibitors, meet and exchange ideas with other buyers, and learn about new CDMA programs that can help to increase profitability in the front end of their stores, according to CDMA.
Also to be featured at the CDMA Trade Expo are the Store Brand Forum, a one-on-one meeting format with buyers and store brand manufacturers, and the CDMA Showroom and Direct Import area, where a broad range of seasonal and everyday merchandise will be showcased.
CDMA added that buyers and exhibitors also can partake in an evening of networking at the 86th Annual Chairman’s Reception & Dinner, where awards will be presented to outstanding members and suppliers of the year.
