WOONSOCKET, R.I. — CVS/pharmacy has expanded its private-label offerings with Total Home, a new line of home care products.

Total Home brings CVS/pharmacy’s store-brand household care products under one banner.

The drug chain said Thursday that Total Home, now available at the more than 7,400 CVS stores nationwide, encompasses a broad range of products for daily household care, ranging from cleaning and cooking to organizing.

Among the more than 150 items included in the store-brand line are facial and bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, food storage necessities, kitchen and bathroom cleaners, light bulbs, and extension cords.

CVS said Total Home unifies all of the retailer’s private-brand home care products under the one banner with a new logo and packaging.

In addition, Total Home items offer a 15% to 20% savings compared with popular national brands, as well as a 100% money-back guarantee if customers aren’t satisfied, according to the company, which added that the products have undergone rigorous quality testing.

"Growing and enhancing our store-brand offerings continues to be a priority for CVS/pharmacy," George Coleman, vice president of merchandising, store brands and quality assurance at CVS/pharmacy, said in a statement. "We offer customers the convenience of a one-stop shopping destination to find all their health, beauty and household essentials. We are confident that as customers give Total Home a try, these products will exceed their performance expectations and become a staple in their homes."
