Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) Inc. has sold its Alliance Healthcare Russia pharmaceutical wholesale business to 36.6, a leading health and beauty aids and pharmacy retailer in Russia. Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. However, WBA said it will own a 15% interest in the 36.
